Did you know that acupuncture could help you recover from burnout? It can! It does so by regulating stress hormones and improving your brain's and body's ability to handle stress. The combination of allowing someone to hold space for your healing and highly targeted acupuncture treatments will make you feel better after just the first session!

Together, we will put together a perfect formula to support you and your body within the life that you're living today.

And having worked all over the world, with many people new to acupuncture, my approach is grounded and practical and my needle application is painless.

Super conveniently located at 32nd and Broadway, the office is easy to reach from nearly anywhere!

I have had acupuncture many times. I believe in its efficacy. Of course, I was expecting someone who was knowledgeable and good at what they do, what I wasn't ready for was how intuitive Caitlin was. She channeled her intuition to help me go beyond what I thought I needed in the moment. She is a true healer in every sense of the word.

Not only has acupuncture brought balance to my life and my health needs, but trusting Caitlin to hear me and give feedback has been key to my recent life transitions, successes and dealing with mistakes and failures! It's all about creating life balance and Caitlin has been the exact right person to guide me and my acupuncture treatments!

I have been to other acupuncturists in China and elsewhere and no one measures up to Caitlin, she exceeded my expectations with her treatments and her honest caring manner. It was very validating to have a professional who listened to everything and then asked questions about my health history. Where other doctors or specialists had dismissed my concerns and symptoms, Caitlin treated my whole body.

Magic Stress Treatment?

Acupuncture has been shown in various studies (here, here and here) to be effective in lowering cortisol (stress hormone) levels, increasing brain activity (that is diminished by stress), relieving pain, improving digestion, releasing muscle tension and more.

In current times, when even the most relaxed among us needs extra support, adding acupuncture to your self-care might just be the thing that saves you.

Allow me to hold space for you, for your healing, for your health. You deserve to be cared for.

You might be surprised to learn that acupuncture helps with these things....

Meet Cait Donovan

Cait finished her Masters degree in Chinese Medicine in 2007 and has travelled the world with her craft ever since.

After being the first acupuncturist to work in a fertility center in Poland, Cait opened her first private practice in Warsaw in 2011. After quickly becoming the most sought after acupuncturist in the country, 2 of Cait's students inherited her busy clinic as she and her husband took on their next adventure and moved to Prague, Czech Republic.

In Prague, Cait worked in an integrative clinic and treated the expat population - it was here that Cait realized her own burnout and her passion for helping others through the stresses of life that sometimes become overwhelming.

In 2019, Cait's heart felt called to come home and she and her husband moved to New Jersey and Cait started up her practice in midtown Manhattan.

Cait feels that the city that never sleeps is the perfect place to use acupuncture and coaching to guide people through burnout and toward less stressful, more fulfilling lives.
